This is the project I was working on- it really did turn out cute. I love the primitive look- especially the PriMiTive machine QuiLtinG!!!!!!!!That's pretty well disguised behing the huge applique pieces,though.
As I said before- I reaffirmed that I positively hate machine quilting!!! I also kept wanting to throw out all the cotton and do this one in wool applique- it's a perfect design for wool.
The important thing is I FINISHED!!!
I even cleaned up the huge pile of scraps! :) :)

Thanks girls- I do like it. No originality here- it's straight from a pattern in a book!
I wish I could get an edge on design- seems like lots of ideas are floating around in my head but I never have the time to refine them.
Maybe when I'm older? :)
