We had a great turn out and lots of good bread & info on all the different techniques!
Janise showed us how to use the bread machine & grinder.....
...Shannon showed us the hand kneading method......
Both gave us a ton of information,too!!
Oh yeah- and I made a batch of sourdough English Muffins!Luke brought the "butter jar" and we made a bit of fresh butter for our bread too!!!
It was a very fattening day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks so much FALON for putting together our recipes so everyone had a paper copy to take home.

It was such a blessing to me to be able to sit and watch and hear what the older women had to share with some of us younger ones....I always feel so much more enriched after sitting at the feet of someone wiser and farther along the road than I am...
I think mrs Shannon is an awesome testimony to a proverbs 31 woman..she wakes up at the break of dawn to see her husband off to work and then gets right to work baking bread...I just LOVED IT!
