The end...again?????

girl-calendar-new-year-vintage-postcardOr should we focus ahead...and say, "Ah, another new beginning!"

We have ,so far, ended our year with many events. Life flows like a river and changes the looks of everything in it's path.

This year has brought us many challenges and many blessings and I feel sure it has been the same for many of you.

We have parted with loved ones, old and very young .We have  rejoiced that we will add 2 more , tiny members to our growing family!  This year has brought us  a wedding in our yard-(I can check that off my list of "been there-done that") and it was beautiful! We have closed a chapter of existence in my grandmother's house-once and for all.

We find ourselves with an "only" child at home trying to make the right choices for him and all the while getting ready for the "golden years"! Isn't there supposed to be something in between????

Besides- the golden is gone from my hair- it's just plain grey!!!!!!!

Most of us are"blogging" because miles have seperated us and we refuse to be seperated! Even my husband has been dragged "into the 21st century-kicking and screaming" as my oldest son said.

The year has been good-despite the losses and hardships-it has been sprinkled with mercy from God who has taken note of every trial. Because of that never ending mercy, we CAN look forward, knowing this that God is FOR US!!!

Ro 8:31 ¶ What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

Bekah had good news recently and she and Andrew will gladly be welcoming baby #2 in ...umm ...August maybe? Not sure-I could be off on that date- I just know that she had an ultrasound to confirm that all is well before announcing her news.
I guess I have had too much going on to really announce it properly.
