Bub's oldest brother Tim is using a wheelchair most of the time now. He has the most positive attitude about dealing with ALS(LOU GEHRIG'S) but still it was difficult to see this disease progress so rapidly.
Jack was a little shaken to see him in the wheelchair and as they embraced each other he cried. As our custom is, we all made jokes about having a wheelchair race ,and tangling up the wheels, etc. -anything to keep from reducing ourselves to puddles of tears on the floor! Once recovered , the rest of the day was nice. Pr 17:6 ¶ Children's children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.

As always I wish we could have been there.
Whew... I was almost reduced to a puddle just seeing the pictures... Love you guys.
Truth is...I had to walk away several times to "puddle" alone. Lots of things going on and seeing everyone....well everyone that was there.... was just hard.
You all were certainly missed!
