Blah,blah, blogging!!!!

 

I was thinking about how long I've been blogging- a loooong time! Over 10 years now.

I actually started out with a real live web page and maintained that for  5 or 6 years- then I first heard the word "blog" about 5 years ago and slowly warmed up to the idea of a journal type format.

It didn't seem attractive to me at first because of the single entry format- but as you can see  I've adjusted!

After a slow start, blogging rapidly gained in popularity. Blog usage spread during 1999 and the years following, being further popularized by the near-simultaneous arrival of the first hosted blog tools.

As of December 2007, blog search engine Technorati was tracking more than 112,000,000 blogs

 

From the number of blogs (over 112,000,000)I'm not the only one who regularly blogs!

By the way- blog is a contraction of the words web log- just in case ya wanted to know!!!

Now on to the business of BLOGGING!!!!!

I think I’ve blogged through every life event imaginable, so I figure why stop now????
