Dolly with attitude!!!!

I have a funny tradition~ I make a special doll for each of my grandchildren when they are born.

I started out with pre-printed panels , but quickly ran out of enthusiasm for the panels after 8 kiddos!
Beginning with Wendy, I have given myself permission to make up a pattern if I want. This is what I came up with last week.
I repurposed the sleeve of a really soft sweater and then used pieces of Sara's fabrics from her diaper bag.
This little bug just seems to have lots of attitude~ don't ya think?
I have been meaning to feature the wonderful spinning box that Bonne sent me a few weeks ago- I just haven't had time to catch up on all my pictures!!!
The wool is just beautiful and someday I'm gonna get the hang of spinning it!!
I am still trying- but really haven't had the time to devote to it as I should.
I will - it's just a matter of time!
Such sweet friends!!!!
Bonne tucked all sorts of goodies in the box-you'll see pictures as each item finds a special place here!
