A time of reflection ~

I'm feeling reflective today.

Just looking over the past wondering about things, and trying to look toward the future. Life changes so much so quickly and I guess you really have to slow down to take account once in a while.

My creativity is zero- no real drive to work on needlework at all right now.

I always find this troubling- and I get impatient with it. I have poured myself into needlework and gardening these past months and now I am feeling no desire to do either. Seems like springtime would really get me motivated but alas there is no motivation.

So as I wait and try to get myself together I guess I'll write a bit about it. Who knows maybe I'll snap right out of it- :)

Autumn, "this too shall pass" :o) You've had quite a steady flow of creative energy for months. Your quilting, your swaps, then the wedding planning and sewing and then dealing with a loss. Well.... you just need to stop and smell the flowers and absorb it all and then you will be renewed to start again. :o)

Hugs and Love to you!

Hi Katy~
I was delayed in getting your pkg. in the mail- my aunt died unexpectedly and I was out of town for a week. So sorry~ but I did put the pkg. in the mail this morning,(Monday,5th)
Thanks for your patience!

AUTUMN,
Glad to see you about again. Don't worry about the motivation thing. My guess is you are just done in with all that has been going on. And when you have been so very busy for months with the wedding its kind of a let down now. Your body is just saying, "I NEED A BREAK LEAVE ME ALONE".
So find a rocking chair on the porch and take it easy. Did you get the new MARY JANE magazine? That might get you going, but if not its something to read while you are in the rocking chair.
